AIUTA Governing Board members elects Mr Ma Xianguo, President of Shanghai University for the Elderly, First Vice President of the International Association of the Universities of Third Age AIUTA during the Byblos GB on October 10th, 2019. Ma Xianguo will work closely with AIUTA President François Vellas and AIUTA Executive Board Members. Mr Ma Xianguo will organise with the CAUA International Relation Bureau Mr Wang and the CAUA Shanghai Institute of U3As Research, an international conference on « U3As and Research »  in Shanghai next April 27th 28th, 2020.
