Seabel Group will start a new university EIGHT University with an U3A in Tunis, Capital city of . Eight University will begin next October 2022 with Kais Mabrouk, General Manager and Dean EIGHT University. This new initiative will put Tunisia as a regional leader country on life long learning, silver economy and senior study tours with U3As.
