On invitation Maestra Luz Amparo Silva, Director University of the Third Age, University Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, Monterrey, Prof François Vellas did a lecture Wednesday 8th February 2023 on « AIUTA and The Development of International Universities of the Third Age in the World ». UANL is one of the most important universities in the World with 230.000 students including senior students Prof François Vellas had a meeting with Director Luz Amparo Silva on AIUTA international programs in the field of certification and training for trainers to support U3As development in Mexico and Worldwide.
