All AIUTA congratulation to Luis Jacob, President RUTIS (The Portugal National U3As Association) to organise the Walking Football U3As Competition. Prof François Vellas, AIUTA President participates to the final competition awards, June 15th, Jamor National Stadium Lisbon. 24 football teams from came from all part of Portugal to the final competition. AIUTA in cooperation with RUTIS will take a new initiative to begin an international cooperation program on « Sports and U3As, Guidelines and implementation examples », next November in Chile AIUTA GB. Australia, France, Ukraine among other AIUTA U3As countries are looking to participate with Portugal in this important challenge for U3As.
