Prof François Vellas went to visit Yasha U3A Center in Baku, October 4th, 2023. Yasha U3A center Baku is part of three U3A centers in Azerbaijan, AIUTA affiliate member, developing leisure and lifelong learning programs. François Vellas had meeting with Director Narvin Ganiyeva and Yasha center team on new life long learning development in Azerbaijan and international AIUTA cooperation programs in Caspian sea region.
