The Universities of the Third Age of Mexico, led by Raul Diego Rivera, President of AIUTA Red Mexicana U3As, from the Marist University of Mérida, participated in the AIUTA Board of Directors meeting and the International Conference held in Prague, Charles University, from October 13 to 15, 2025. Director Gloria Angelica Valenzuela Ojeda, from Benemerita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, presented the program for the new handbook on the Universities of the Third Age, which will be published on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of AIUTA. Nicola Emmanuel Juarez Valenzuela, from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, gave a presentation on “The Universities of the Third Age and Artificial Intelligence”, in connection with the AIUTA Connect Program. Raul Diego Rivera presented “El perfil del docente para alumnos mayores”, based on research carried out at the University of the Third Age of the Marist University of Mérida, Yucatán .
