The President of the University of the Third Age of Mauritius, Armoogum Parsuramen, together with the Director of the University of the Third Age of the North-Central Centre of Mauritius, Francine Ng, welcomed the President of AIUTA, François Vellas, along with senior students and professors, November 16th. On this occasion, the activities of the University of the Third Age were presented, as well as artworks and handicrafts created by senior students in the fields of painting, jewellery-making, and artistic crafts. During the dinner organized by the University of the Third Age, a warm and convivial moment was shared, including a welcome cake enjoyed by all participants. On behalf of AIUTA, Professor François Vellas congratulated the organizers and all participants, inviting them to take part in the international cooperation programmes among Universities of the Third Age, particularly study tours for seniors in collaboration with Chinese Universities of the Third Age.
