Professor François Vellas, President of AIUTA, took part in working meetings with the Director of the University of the Third Age at UNIBE Iberoamerican University in Santo Domingo on Monday, February 16th, 2026, together with Maribel Medina, Director of Continuing Education and of the University of the Third Age. The courses at UNIBE intended for senior students mainly focus on new technologies and artificial intelligence. The University of the Third Age of UNIBE will participate in AIUTA’s international cooperation activities in lifelong learning, as well as in exchanges with universities in the Caribbean region.
