The President of EFOS (European Federation of Older Students), Nadezda Hrapkova (Slovakia), organized the General Assembly at the invitation of the University of the Third Age of the University of Wrocław, with the participation of AIUTA, on Wednesday, 10 June 2026. On this occasion, AIUTA President François Vellas presented AIUTA’s activities worldwide in 2025/2026 and highlighted Europe’s role within the global movement of Universities of the Third Age. EFOS will hold its next General Assembly in Dublin (Republic of Ireland) from 20 to 23 October 2026, with the participation of representatives of AIUTA’s European member universities.
